Employment generation has been one of the primary activities undertaken by Tumul Social Fundamental Development Society. We have taken up activities which enable women and the unemployed youth of Madhya Pradesh to get trained and take up various income generating activities. A major initiative undertaken by Tumul society has been the training and placement of women in Bhopal, and the villages around the region including Bawadiya Kalan, Salaiya and Misrod, in the field of sewing, stitching, and basic surface ornamentation of fabric and clothing. Our Programs
SFURTI (Ministry of Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises)
Tumul is running a project for women’s empowerment under the SFURTI (Scheme of Fund for Regeneration of Traditional Industries) scheme. The name of the cluster is “Stitching and surface ornamentation women’s Cluster”. The main aim of the project is to provide skill training and employment to women so that they can become independent, Confident, and support themselves. The CFC is built in Bairagarh Chichli covering an area of 6500 sq. feet where all high-end technology machines are installed and women artisans are given advanced training and employment. The vision of the Stitching Center cluster in the upcoming 5 years is to provide skill training and employment to maximum masses.

VIHAAN Project : (Gujrat Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS)
Tumul is running VIHAAN Project in the district of Sagar Madhya Pradesh. The goal of the project is Navigate People Living with HIV/AIDS, who not linked or dropped Health Services. Over 1200 plus registered PLHIV in the project. 09 Staff working in the project and covered Sagar, Chhatarpur, Tikamgarh District of Madhya Pradesh.
Target Intervention Projects : (MP State AIDS Control Society, Bhopal)
Tumul is running Target Intervention Projects in the district of Sagar, Dewas and Damoh Madhya Pradesh. The aim of project to prevent awareness about HIV/AIDS in High Risk Group (Female Sex Workers (FSW’s), Men Having Sex with Men (MSM’s) & Migrant Population.

There are many several programme organized by Tumul Social Fundamental Development Society Bhopal Madhya Pradesh in the area nearest Common Facility Centre (CFC), People were informed about the programme and were organized at different place on different date as per Scheduled Time. Women Empowerment Training Center
Our organization is dedicated to the empowerment of women. and Women Empowerment Training Center is an initiative that aims to provide women with the skills and knowledge they need to become independent and self-reliant. Through their training programs, we are helping to create a generation of strong and empowered women who are capable of achieving their goals and contributing to society.
Skill Development Training Center
Tumul Social Fundamental Development Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting communities through skill development. They run a Skill Development Training Center aimed at providing training to individuals from underprivileged backgrounds, empowering them with the necessary skills to succeed in today’s competitive job market. Their efforts have helped countless individuals achieve financial stability and a better quality of life.
Old Age Home
We are taking a big step forward by planning to run an Old Age Home for elderly people. The society believes that elderly people deserve care and attention in their twilight years and aims to provide them with a comfortable and secure environment. The society’s efforts to establish an Old Age Home are commendable, and it is a positive step towards building a better and caring society.
Orphanage
We are dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged children in the community. As part of their mission, the organization is currently planning to open an orphanage to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in need of care and support. Through this initiative, Tumul Social Fundamental Development Society aims to empower disadvantaged children and give them a brighter future.
